The program consists of RU Server service and Administrator's console. The service is run on the gateway PC while the Administrator's console is used to connect to server and administer it. You can also synchronize Remote Utilities address book via RU Server.
RU Server allows remote support companies and helpdesk providers to have fully independent remote support solution where all connections go through the server that they control. At the same time RU Server when coupled with Remote Utilities remote desktop software allows to bypass firewalls on the remote customer side. RU Server is free for Remote Utilities users.
